Q: Where are you located?
A: We're located at 1385 Bank Street, at the corner of Kilborn, just a couple blocks south of Billings Bridge.
Q: What are your hours?
A: We’re open to serve you, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, Tuesday and Friday 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday 9 am to 4 pm, with ample parking behind the building.
Q: Is there parking available?
A: There is parking available. To get to the parking garage you must turn onto Kilborn Avenue off Bank Street then turn left onto Rooney’s Lane (first street on the left) and the entrance to the garage is on the left side of the street. There is ample parking available with 4 spots reserved for MedicalCare Clinics. Please note the parking facilities are privately owned and operated.
Q: What services are offered in the building?
A: There is a pharmacy, a blood lab and an X-ray located in the building. They are not affiliated with MedicalCare Clinics.

Q: Lab results and prescription renewals what is the policy?
A: We do not do prescription renewals over the phone. Please ensure you have enough refills at your visit with the Doctor. We call only with lab results if the Physicians wish to review them with you. We do not call with normal lab results.
