Walk-in policies:
We respect our physicians and staff. Rude and abusive behaviour will not be tolerated you will be asked to leave.
The Walk-in Clinic is here to provide timely access to medical care for more urgent needs when you are unable to see your family doctor. Physicians will assess and recommend treatment for ONE problem at any given visit. Please respect this and your fellow patients who are waiting. If it is not appropriate for the Physician to treat your problem, you may be referred to your family doctor or the emergency room (ER). The physician will renew your medications at their discretion for only a limited period until you see your regular doctor.
REPEATS OR PHONE RENEWALS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED
NARCOTICS AND OTHER RELATED DRUGS ARE NOT PRESCRIBED IN THIS OFFICE.
Physicians will not make referrals for walk-in patients except those needed on an emergency basis.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask the reception staff.
No food or drinks in the waiting room or examination rooms.
Appointment Clinic: if your family doctor is located here you can book an appointment with them. See reception staff for office hours.
Travel Clinic: same hours as the walk-in. No appointment needed, nor is there a wait unless travel client already being seen. Not covered by OHIP. Consultation fee to see physician plus the cost of the vaccines. Vaccines are on site and we are a Yellow Fever designated clinic.
